In order to build muscle, your diet should be balanced and workouts should be regular. Here are my tips. Increase your carbohydrate intake  - As a general rule of thumb, keep them (in grams) 4 times your weight in kilograms. Now, when I said carbohydrates, I meant complex carbohydrates viz. are whole wheat, brown rice, oats and other whole grains. High protein  - Protein is most important for muscle building. Without protein muscle can’t be build, can’t be sustained. The amount of protein per day depends on the muscle maturity. If you are a beginner, eat protein (in grams) double your weight in kilograms.
