Here are the following ways, which you should strictly follow :
Your body spent all night cleansing, Now give it a way to flush everything out.Rehydrate your bodyEase it into a new routine - breaking your fast (breakfast) shouldn't be harsh on your body so break it with water, then go for your usual breakfast
During showers - end with cold water
This forces your body to create white blood cellsThis shock improves your immunity. The cold water even helps with muscle aches and strains and inflammation (inflammation is what usually kills us slowly)
Rid yourself of sugar (i haven’t completely rid my body, but cut down dramatically)
It is a poison, almost all types of sugar areWe don't need sugar in sugar form because we get enough from fruits or even from breaking down of carbohydrates like bread and rice.Sugar lowers pH of body, making a better environment for bacteria to live in.
Vitamin C - the real deal
I love lemons, and limes. Lemons never go to waste in my house hold, meaning every inch of it is used.I squeeze it for the juice, either drink it with water or add it to dressings.I peel it for the zest, i end up either using the zest fresh or dry it and grind it up to use as a spicethe rind and the inner flesh - well that’s a perfect citrusy snack (i cut them up into chucks and grab me some olives and tomatoes and use the lemon flesh as a base (much like a bread) top it with an olive and a tomato & YUM!!!This has been known to cure so many thingsFirst discovered when man was trying to find a cure for his migraine. He gave it to other subjects with migraines and while jotting down their experiences with the vitamin, he found out that many noticed other ailments disappearing (arthritis, carpel tunnel, memory loss, forgetfulness, lack of energy, decreases libidos, colds, flu,) all of these ailments and more either finished or disappeared. You cannot overdose on vitamin cIt has been used in very high doses to cure cancer.Ascorbic acid is the pure form of vitamin c (it may be better than vitamin c tablets as the tablets may have ingredients to mask the flavour etc.
Hot water
Although I am a big advocate of herbs, spices etc. The best part of a tea to your health is the hot waterHot water relaxes your systemIt helps cleanse your systemImproves digestionMay even improve metabolismSometimes when i have already had my mug of coffee and still feel like another one, i just pour hot water in a mug - I really trick my brain into thinking I am drinking something with caffeine when really I am not
Breathe!!!!
Not the way we usually breathe. I mean deep breaths. and this doesn’t have to be always, just once in a whileDeeply inhale and deeply exhale, make sure you reach the end of your lungsGet more oxygen in - helps to heal bodyBalances blood pressure,Calms the mind, and body - eases stressAdds oxygen to the brain
Spices. Flavour your world!!!
Not many know of spices except the usually black pepper, and chili powder and maybe now turmeric. But there are endless amounts of spices (and by spices I am also including roots, berries, herbs, bark, resin, fruit, seeds, etc)Spices add flavour to food - this means you can avoid eating unhealthy food because you can spice up the healthy food and make it taste amazingSpices add health benefits. Some spices aid with digestion, some with flatulence and gas, some help cholesterol, some with diabetes, blood pressure, some with stomach ailments, nausea, some act like Advil as they are anti-inflammatory. And so many more.Don't be surprised or worry about which spice to use, because all of them almost always are antioxidants and a lot share many of the benefits. My advice is to always have a spice cabinet, and experiment until you find your favourite combination.Spices don't have to be added during the cooking phaseSpices can be added after cooking (sprinkled like a salt)Spices aren't only for cooked foods - add them in salads, dips, drinks, smoothies, teaCayenne powder, black pepper, lemon zest, turmeric kalunji almost always go into all my dishes - and if they aren’t in a dish, I add them right before I eat, much like people sprinkle salt.
Walk!!
One thing i wish i had the motivation to do more of is go the gym.my substitute is walkit gives me some exercise, but also relaxes me, calms me down, gives me fresh air.
Stairs..
opt for stairs instead of escalator or elevator
CRAVINGS - the dreaded cravings - DRINK WATER instead
I am lucky as my cravings barely consist of sweet foods, but rather citrusy foods ( so usually i guess i have healthy cravings). But not everyone is like me.When i do have the odd sweet craving or night time food craving, I go drink some water. Sometimes that’s all your body needs, and our brain interprets it in some weird way making us this we want something elseI’m not saying that water will always work, because sometimes its not water you need, but actually an increase in blood sugar levels etc. But it is good to at least try water, and see if that is truly what your body wanted. it will help cut down on any unwanted eating.
P.s. the less sugar you eat, the less sugar cravings you have.
